Teal'c has a slightly different relationship with each of his SG1 friends. I think his and Sam's relationship is especially interesting given the patriarchal background he comes from. I think he's really come to respect Sam. What would people think of a Sam/Teal'c Friendship thread?

I think people have come to view Teal'C as merely the "muscle" of SG-1. I personally think he is much more. He is a very spiritual individual, as well as a very intelligent one. He thinks strategically, and plans ahead....at least most of the time.
Over the past 8 years, his character has developed, although a bit slowly, but he is now much more vocal in his ideas, more humorous and I think, more emotional. Yes, he is still the stoic Jaffa we know and love, on the outside, but inside, he HAS changed, and definitely for the better.
Just my thoughts, and they border on the incoherent this evening, sorry. On fighting:
Farrah: "A swordsman does not fear death, if he dies with honor."
Dr. Who: "Then he's an idiot."
