Christopher Judge is now on Twitter! According to @chrisjudgenews and the confirmation from Chris himself at the Calgary Entertainment Expo he'll be tweeting shortly via @iamchrisjudge He'll begin tweeting on June 23rd, apparently, during the Saturn Awards where he is presenting. Yay!!!

Someone brought up Learning Curve on the Jack discussion thread, talking about how he related to Merrin.

Just thought I'd share with other Teal'c lovers that I adore how Teal'c became all protective of little Tomin. He's such a chewy sweet gummy bear when you get right down to it.

We don't see him with kids often but the way he brought Cassie out from hiding in Singularity and the care he always showed toward Ry'ac. Jack gets all the credit for his love of kids, but I think Teal'c deserves some acknowledgement here too!

Aahh what! This thread needs more love!

I'm about as new as they get when it comes to SG-1 but Teal'c is my absolute favourite. I'm blogging my way through the series (check it out here) and while I'm not very far I already have to restrain myself from gushing too openly about my favourite character. But who can blame me? SG-1 really is Teal'c's story, and a fantastic one at that. He's a wealth of information and enlightenment. He's considered the outsider, at least thus far as I am, but he makes such genuine efforts to prove himself in the eyes of his superiors and his friends. He's fiercely loyal, but not necessarily by nature rather than choice.

More than anything, though, he's just this really well-written character. Obviously I'm a writer myself, and I can appreciate that sort of thing. 'Cause let's face it: Those Earth guys wouldn't know half of what they were doing without him to help them out.

Oh, and did I mention the musculature?
...Must've slipped my mind.

So basically, he's like.. the perfect guy!
