*does happy dance* I got the season eight dvd's today!!! So TOTALLY broke my budget, but hopefully it'll tide me over 'til season nine starts over here in Oz. MWAHAHAHA!!!

Incase it wasn't obvious, I seem to be spamming the thread today. Oops. And what is this post now? I could argue that it's an apology for spamming, but seeing as this post itself could quite rightfully be considered spam, I won't bother. I just seem to be in an unusually good mood today, and am inflicting it upon yous all. Guess I'll try and be quiet now.

And some of us are SOOOOOOOOO stupid, they can't get their new DVR/TV to work, so I won't be able to tape, burn or whatever, Beachhead. Can you guess how I'm feeling right now, besides stupid? Right........pissed!

I wish I had never gotten that new TV ( mutters under her breath).

Anyone have anything that can cheer me up???? Please?

Edit: Um, I may have made a booboo.....are the SG-1 season 8 DVD's available in the states now?

Haha, in the director series for Covenant:
They're in the hanger for the 302 scenes, and Amanda is trying to explain something, but in the background they're working on something with some drills or saws or something and she keeps getting interrupted by the sounds.
"Oh, and we also do dentistry here"

Then later, she and Charles Shaughnessy (Alec Colson) are running their lines (while they wait for the crew to prep), for the scene just after they have their little joy ride in the 302. And Charles says the:

COLSON: Yeah, well, someone did. And if you think that – or any of this – is gonna prevent me from telling the world what they have a right to know, you’re dead wrong.

At which point Amanda jumps up and makes to beat him up!
Then Charles comments how Amanda is an evil woman, to which Amanda does her Dr. Evil impersonation.
"Maybe I'm Evil!Carter"

The Threads Director series has some looks at them prepping various things. Chris Judge and his brother Jeff in the makeup trailer with his makeup artist. Then Issac Hayes.
The scene at Jack cabin's with him and Kerry in bed. And discussion of RDA's toes. He has some very crooked looking toes...
AT and David Deluise doing teh scene where she introduces him to her dad. So lots of good scenes for the Shippers

I am a shipper, but I like the characters seperately too. I didn't like her relationship with Pete, not because he wasn't Jack, but because it just didn't seem to fit, his character and hers.

yes. *nods* that's a very good way of describing it. ignoring all their other negatives, they basically just didn't seem to fit together.
