Well in my desire to try to stay positive about the new season and the possible interaction between Sam and Vala, I came up with this little conversation. Granted I've only seen one side of Vala, but this is how I see her at the moment. Let's hope this all changes in the future.

A little girl talk...



Sam: Amazing isnt' it?
Vala: Incredible.
Sam: *staring into the crystals*
Vala: So...you and Daniel?
Sam: *heavy sigh* I thought we ended this discussion ages ago.
Vala: You may have; however, I have not.
Sam: Vala.
Vala: So you never?
Sam: *sighing in frustration* Never.
Vala: Not even once?
Sam: Nope.
Vala: What about Teal'c?
Sam: It's not like that between us. We're all just friends. Very. Good. Friends.
Vala: Eight years and nothing...but they're both so wickedly delicious.
What a horrible waste.
Sam: *rolls her eyes* Believe me, once you've laid next to either of them
after three days without bathing... you'd get over it.
Vala: I wouldn't count on it.

That was hilarious ! And Sam's pic matches perfectly the "rolls her eyes" part of the dialogue.

Madam VP ! Oh that's a hard case ! Since we're dealing with delusion, I called two specialists of this sort of madness. No offence meant to our Royal Therapist, Samandan citizens are usually "mens sano in corpore sano".

Janet frowning) "This is bad, really bad. We didn't have such a case since many years. Doesn't this remind you of what happened a few years ago Dr Mackenzie ?"

Mackenzie: "Of course ! I remember ! Doctor Jackson. It was, huh, scary."
Janet: "Yes. It happened after too much sitting through old episodes of McGyver and it wasn't a pretty sight."(sighs)

Flashback

Daniel: "Jaaaack ! I want to marry you ! You're my true love ! Let me go ! I'm not insane ! Jaaack ! Help me !"

Teal'c: "Daniel Jackson, I do not understand. Why do you want to marry O'Neill ? We have no such customs among the Jaffa."

Jack: "Carter ! You've got to find something ! I don't want to explain that to Hammond."

Sam: "Actually, sir, I've got an idea. There's this marvelous thing that helped me keep my sanity when we came back from the Shavadai's planet and the Land of Light. I think Daniel could greatly benefit from this."

Jack: "And that's ?"(eyebrows rised)
Sam: "Blue jello, sir !" (grins)

End flashback

Janet: " Major Carter's idea as usual was right and Daniel came back to his normal self. However, since this incident, we have to deal with a new group. They call themselves the slashers and are very active on some fanfiction sites of the web. I recommend that you use the same prescription on Majorsal"

I couldn't help but think: if cloning ever does become a 21st-century reality, then there would be an exponential increase in radiant beauty if they used Amanda's gene pool! Lord, she has been blessed with such physical beauty.

What would happen if you made her a redhead (like her favorite Lucille Ball) or a brunette or dark-haired long-haired version of Vala?! Just playing, folks, just playing ....
