Very odd!!! And it is wonderful that they announced the renewal already so as not to keep Amanda and everyone else in suspense as they often do.
It is truly a creative and beautifully produced show. Hooray for Amanda!!!

I dunno about you guys but I figured that if they hadn't been told by now if the show was cancelled or not, then chances are it was going to get another season. Given that both SG1 and SGA were cancelled at the same...around August...I'm thinking that the renewal was in the bag and it was just a matter of confirmation and negotiations and what not. Tell me about it! I was so bummed we didn't get that resolved...and we won't now either.
