So, how about if folks simply vote for the one that they want to Heal - and don't vote to Hurt anyone if you don't want to?

if you don't vote to hurt then the vote doesn't count. i think its because it would make for an unbalanced vote.

yeah, there were people who used to do that all the time, so they (DEM and RoX) had to make the rule.
