Because it's YOU and I've programmed an automatic override to prevent it! Our dear RA has the habit of hitting a wrong key whilst typing furiously and then does not look up to catch her mistake AS THE REST OF HER EMAIL CONTINUES TO RUN IN CAPS!!!!!

Psst ... that's her excuse. Methinks the gal needs bifocals to read the smaller letters! We already know she couldn't read the numbers at the bottom of the thread.
