WOW your a Nice MOM.. My mom said.. Eat what's on your plate, and no leaving the table till its done!! Simple as that And Dad enforced it..
My younger brother, when he was 8.. Refused to eat his Brussel Sprouts. Mom did not let him leave the table.. She wouldn't budge!!
I woke up next morning to see my younger brother sleeping at the table his Brussel Sprouts, still not eaten.. (all Mom had to do was bury then in Cheese Whiz and They would be gone!!)
