And as I sit in my comfy chair, I see the team running to the puddle jumper on Chulak, and Sam and Teal'c run inside while everyone else stands around shooting. And I sit there wondering, why oh why don't they all pile in and take off instead of just standing there shooting.... Then the last man standing is no more, poor Charlie, and as I see Sam and Jack and Teal'c alone in the ship, I realize... They were all standing around shooting out there so they could all die, so that Sam and Jack can get stuck in the ship alone together at the end and have their chance to neck like teenagers! Sometimes, I really like these cheesy plot device tactics!
