Hi all,

Just popping in quickly. Haven't had much time to read GW lately. Tried to catch up on the thread earlier and a surprise meeting grabbed me before I managed more than a few pages. Just that time of year.

To those who asked (sorry I don't have time to reply individually, GW is being amazingly slow at loading pages for me at the moment), I don't have any new info or the answers to any of your questions. Sorry. I could start wildly guessing, but I doubt that would be helpful or accurate. Spoilers past episode 5 of season 9, via the route I get them, probably won't be out for at least another week or two. There may not be any for some episodes. Spoilers seem scarce this year.

To whomever has the hotmail account and thinks I'm a big meanie: Thanks for remembering I exist. I really haven't been around enough lately to deserve so much love. Please, keep sending the grammatically impaired messages, although this might help if you want me to understand them. Still, they are funny and double as convenient reminders to visit GW. I especially appreciated you pointing out that Joe's been posting. I hate missing his posts.

But that would have been confident and direct... and as much as I love Sam as a great character, confidence is not one of her strong suits when it comes to her emotions.

For Pete's sake (pun intended)

she kept the guy who proposed to her waiting for a response from her for forever and it was only because of her mulling over her conversation with Jack and wanting to move on beyond something that she couldn't have anyway (that being Jack) did she finally give the guy an answer.

I think she'll look back at the Pete era with some regret that she treated him poorly because she kinda used him to help her move on from Jack... But I also think she'll be glad it happened because she was able to grow more emotionally - which will help her in the long run with Jack.

Are you saying the bad-spelling dinger has grown up to be a bad-spelling emailer?? Anyone who thinks you are a meanie doesn't know you! You have always been gracious, forthcoming with spoilers, and insightful with your posts!!

I don't want to bring the issue up again, but there does seem to be some hostility going on between members on GW. Since this is my first and only forum EVER, I'm not sure if this is "just the way it is". If it gets too bad then playing on GW won't be fun anymore. And if it's not fun, why bother!
