Aww Space, that's very sweet of you! *big hugs* Congrats on the 10 kgs, that is just awesome! Now, extra inspiration? Well... for me, the biggest inspiration is always myself, so for example when I lost 10 kgs, back then, this fact that I lost that many gave me the inspiration to don't give up. So, if I could go this far, if I could lose x kilogrammes, then I can lose the rest of my fat as well, I just have to, otherwise all the painful diet, workouts etc. was for nothing. There is no other option , you just have to lose the rest of your overweight if you came this far. Period. Inspiring enough?

That works for me too. i dont want to waste all that time I spent and all the effort either.. and Daniel / gym? Yes please, that works very well too, for my extra inspiration! It's just fab wearing a size smaller clothes already! I might get back to the stage I was before I had my daughter.

Oh yes, the clothes, that's like the most important thing! When a tight pair of jeans, a tight t-shirt suddenly fits you, that's like the best thing ever.

I was doing well but the last couple of weeks have put me back...been very naughty with cream cakes and doughnuts...I know...bad girl...must get back to eating better...need to look good for November....
