OFF-TOPIC - A bit of house cleaning for the newer members of GW.

As Ambassador of the LCLA it has come to my attention that some newer members of the GW forum are not using the [url] when quoting pics. Now I myself didn't use it when I quoted the small very small RDA pic here because it was small very small.

Normally you should use the [url] when quoting pics on any threads. Reason, some people use dial-up still and this can mean their enjoyment of GW suffers because of loooooong loading times.

Other reason it helps with the smooth flow of the posts. So please to new and not so new members (*myself included ) use the [url] when quoting pics.

Do I understand correctly that you mean: when I quote someone, I should "doctor" (had to say it, considering the thread we're on! )the quote so that a link appears, rather than showing the picture again?
