The $14 is a one-time fee for registering the domain name and she can do that if we find the name that's available. The $2.50 per month is to keep it up and running. That's the way I read it.

I don't do PayPal either. Besides, she'd end up having them take out a fee and for such small amounts it's really not that cost effective.
