I'm not a big fan of her other two outfits (they don't really do her justice), but I find this one gorgeous. It accentuates her shape and color well, and while ornate is not distracting. Though there's that odd Tok'ra collar again...it must serve some kind of symbolism to show up that often.

That would make sense - we know that the Tok'ra has some relationship with the Asgard (Sam says 'The Tok'ra trust the Asgard' when Hammond asks if they can trust the Asgard, in the episode where Earth becomes a member of the protected planets). So perhaps the Asgard allows the Tok'ra to do some 'recruiting' on their planets - it would be one way for the Asgard to do a little for the battle against the Goa'uld, while they not have resources for doing anything directly.
