          Spoiler:
His ship got infested with Replicators but I'm guessing all the Replicators went POOF when Sam and Jacob set off that device. They said that Thor was injured and that he was being put in another cloned body.

They said that at the very end of Reckoning Part 2.

Thor die die, but he had his consciencness uploaded into his ships computer, and after they destroed the replicators he told the SGC that he had to have a new body cloned, so basically he is no deader that he was at the end of season 6.

Thor's kind of like Daniel. Who knows how many times his body(s) has/have died?

... I wonder how old Thor is...

If they keep on doing this whole cloning thing, he could probably be 1,000 years old (probably older).

Thor was on earth over 1000 years ago. Thats why we have a day of the week named after him.
