As far as I understand, the Goauld are solitary, and so we'll see Ra in part 1, and once SG1 deal with him, Apophis will be in part 2, so it seems unlikley that any other Goauld will be making an appearance

There probably won't be too many others that'll appear, because they could too quickly end up having too many guest stars (expensive) if they did.
