Short term gains, long term loss?

It is a given that I miss the whole series.

There are a number of characters that we could have used more of....
Janet...we were robbed of a much loved character.
I would have liked to see Sara once or twice more.
Always wanted to see more of Walter and Siler, possibly outside of the SGC.

There are plenty more, but those are the ones that come to mind at this moment.

At the time, the plan was to end the show with Season 7 and follow up with the movie Stargate: The Lost City. The network wanted the producers to kill off a main character, but the producers wanted all of the big five in the movie. Given that Dr. Fraiser was a recurring character with roughly 11 (of 22) episodes per season, close enough. She was killed off for ratings, but also because the show was going to end. At the last minute, SG-1 gets renewed alongside Atlantis. The movie got scrapped, and we got "Lost City" as a season finale.

You're one person out of millions who watch the show. Its pretty obvious that some of your opinions (not to mention mine) will go against the majority. Episodes that have major change in the story tend to have numbers

It's not really "missing", but I wonder what has become of Kinsey since he disappeared in Deep Space on that cargo ship. Seems to me he's still somewhere out there, biding his time.

I miss all the characters...seriously. But for some reason I miss Maybourne a bit...but Jonas Quinn definitely more than most characters.
