Watergate. I was working on an SG-1 rewatch last fall ('08), and got through Watergate before my rewatch went off the rails. I've been contemplating picking it back up, but it's been so long I sorta feel like I need to start over again with CotG.

Fair Game for me. Outstanding stuff that lays the path for further development and conflict. Good dramatic tension and performances all round. Personally, I think this is the episode that should have launched Season 3. I'm looking forward to the next one.
