They would need the priors to pilot the ships and once the priors die or even if the priors don't want to fly the ships they are grounded indefinitely, or until they reach the level of technology where they can over ride the chair and have other controls

from what we have seen, carter can raise/lower shields with her laptop and possibly fly the ori ships (though like the PJs on atlantis, the ori ships may have a setting that flies them in auto pilot through the supergate)

My best guess is that they're just kind of floating around. If they're orbiting a planet the crew might have used escape pods. If not, then the crews would eventually starve to death; presumably.

The Ark didn't take their abilities. Those come from being at an advanced stage of evolution much like with Kalek and even McKay. Therefor the Priors will still be able to fly the ships and also, as someone mentioned earlier, Daniel gave SG-1 a work around which would possibly let them fly the ships.

the only logical explanation that we should be able to agree on is that the priors flew them back to their home galaxy. What happens after that, I don't know. Presumably we may have visited them and negotiated to take the ships as some form of treaty. it would explain why the Odyssey was gone when we needed her the most in Enemy at the Gate on some top secret mission that Caldwell wasn't even supposed to know about, there is also the fact that other than the Ori ships the Odyssey may be the only ship in the Milky Way capable of dialing on the supergate

this explanation is certainly possible...if Earth was about to be over run by intergalactic vampires, Earths most powerful ship would be recalled no matter what kind of mission it was on...and because of Odyssey's ZPM it would be able to get back to earth within a few hours if it was in the milkyway...but if it was in another galaxy, especially 1 as far away as the Ori galaxy is said to be, it would have been almost impossible to recall it...
