Shades of Grey without a doubt. Everything clicked for me in this episode.

I liked many of the S3 shows…but I think Foothold was the one I liked best from that season. “Maybourne – you’re such an idiot!”Convention Pix Shore Leave ('06 to '09), AT2, AT3, & AT4 ('06, '08, & '09), and Vancouver ('07)

I don't think I'd ever considered which was my favourite season before, until I looked at the list of episodes and realised that although I knew straight away what my fav episode was, I'd never considered how many in this season I really loved.
I voted for FOOTHOLD because I love the episode. fullstop. I love that Maybourne is such an ass, when Sam becomes Daniel, and when Jack and Major Davis work to beat the bugs and that we don't know if they've really gone. Just pure class!

So many episodes I enjoyed - I ended up voting for Maternal Instinct as it introduced Oma and also saw the return of Bra'tac and we learn Apophis is back and has the entire army of Sokar under his command.
I also enjoyed: Into The Fire - Seth - Fair Game - Point of View - Deadman's Switch - Forever In A Day (Great battle at the beginning) - Jolinar's Memories - The Devil You Know - Foothold - Pretense - Urgo - New Ground - Crystal Skull and Nemesis.
Its a shame on these polls you can vote for more than one - as I find it hard to choose one all the time.

I love Point of View, I know alternate dimensions aren't very original, but I really loved everything in this ep. I really did empathize with the other Sam .
Close seconds are Forever in a Day and Past and Present though. Both of those are excellent, I loved seeing Sha're and Linea again.

Wow. Great Season. I can't say any are my absolute favorite but I liked Crystal Skull and Learning Curve because they involved mesoamerican culture. Its a fascinating collection of cultures I like for a lot of reasons. Their Architecture is amazing too. The few shots of the Orban city in Learning Curve were amazing.
Learning Curve also had some philosophical aspects I found interesting.Yo no sé.

Deadman Switch
The way Aris Boch essentially toyed with SG-1 throughout the episode was brilliant. "Prometheus Unbound" was an inferior ripoff of the same concept."There is simply no other choice than this: either to abstain from interference in the free play of the market, or to delegate the entire management of production and distribution to the government. Either capitalism or socialism: there exists no middle way."
