So the argument whether or not the SG-1 seen at the beginning of "Moebius" is really the SG-1 we had been following for almost 8 years has come up again.
I've never actually heard the commentary track myself, but I heard people say that it claimed the SG-1 seen at the beginning of the episode was not the SG-1 we'd been following for almost 8 years, they were part of an alternate Timeline.
They went back, spawned alt!Timeline (or bizzarro!Timeline) and then they fixed stuff, leaving our!Timeline (the one we've followed for 9 and a half years by now) with a ZPM.
Could someone go back and check both commentaries and see what they say about the matter?
