history:
the x-307 was designed as a fast attack ship for hit and run tactics.
the first prototype will go out along side the first of the x-306 class as a light escort ship.
they will built along-side the x-306 with a ratio of 4-1 as x-307 to x-306.
as with the x-306 the designs have yet to be layed down, the name yet to be decided, and captain yet to be named, no canidates as of yet.

Background:
The x-308 was designed as a replacment for the aging f-302 design.
the x-308 will be deployed as a general purpose fighter craft to be deployed from both the new x-306 and x-307 designs, and construction of the first working prototype will begin within 3 years of the launch of the first x-306 prototype.

Whoever wrote that needs to learn distance conversions lol. It's possible that it's 30 feet long, but it's certainly not 100 feet, which is roughly what 30 metres works into.

According to Gateworld's ship scaling sprite, the F-302 is roughly 6 meters, or 20'ish feet long.

So figure 15-30 feet tops. You can tell by simply looking at the F-302 with a person beside it. The average person is usually a bit less than 2 metres tall.

Those specs are COMPLETELY wrong.

Do you know how big 30 meters is? Its almost 100 feet (98.4251969 feet to be exact)

Let me ask you. Is it Fnawak if a ship is heavly shielded and armord and armed but it lacks certain things like a fighter complement?

No...not unless the armor and shielding itself was uber. 'Fanwank' almost always applies to an overabundance of something, not a lack of it.
