Bad News: They get rearranged in the middle of a cocoon on a hive ship.

Good News: Todd discerns that his crew is ill (how else does one explain the liking of the Kavanaugh-like Wraith? ) and administers the itarus bug treatment to his crew.

Good news: Todd has secretly cloned thousands of Kolyas with a ZPM-powered facility and unleashes his hungry hive upon them.
