I didn't see your comments before I went and voted myself- but I have to say I agree about WoO. It's those last few minutes of the episode, where Jack really reaches Malakai, that cinches it for me. And then that almost imperceptible nod he gives him after Malakai takes the "picture frame" thingy that Jack hands him- that look that reminds us that although Jack has suffered immense emotional pain, he's found a way to go on, heroically in fact.

Have I mentioned that I ADORE Jack?

I was going to babble on in defense of WoO but since you already put it so poetically i'll just stutter = Ditto = on both counts WoO and the adoration thing!!
