There were a lot of solid episodes in this season, so choosing truly bad ones is difficult.
However, I think...

1) Off the Grid - This one just failed...
2) The Scourge - Kinda fluffy and a bit generic.
3) The Fourth Horseman, Part I - A bit dull, and the virus didn't really affect people on the scale that we've come to expect from Stargate.
