So, in this case, as the one that set the puzzle, I have to supply the source if you (or anybody) solves it.
That said, some people who solve it can also provide the source.

So, short answer, all you have to do is solve the quote. The person who set the puzzle also tells us all where it comes from 'SG season x, episode y, or SG movie. And said by Punch to Judy.

Hi,everyone! I've been trying to post here for almost a year after coming over from the old site (my username there was Jonathan), but I couldn't access Fun and Games and my initial post in the Ask a Moderator thread went unanswered. I kept checking every day, and I found out this week that it was because I was still a Probie. They just removed my Probie status so I can post here. I actually solved the puzzle some time ago.
