My votes and opinions:
Red Sky
Metamorphosis
Beneath the Surface
Message in a Bottle
1969
Desperate Measures
Prophecy
The Broca Divide
Sad about Shadow Play being gone. I really thought that was a well-written and well-directed ep. I loved the off-ness of the characters during certain times - just enough to make you wonder why they're being so OOC without giving away the twist at the end. I said this in the last round's comments, but it reminded me of "The Sixth Sense" in that way. And again, Jonas up until that point had been a rather annoying Gary Stu-like character, with very little sincerity behind his actions, but this episode really humanized him for me.
Meridian, Scorched Earth, Absolute Power, The Other Side, The Changeling. All terrific character development eps. All eps which make you think, a lot. All very well-written eps (and in the case of The Changeling, the direction was noticably superb as well). All eps in my top 15. And they're getting votes. *sigh* *sob*
