Easter Lily: I liked Season 6 too. It always seems strange to say it, because I feel like, as a Daniel fan, I have a duty to hate season 6, but I thought there was lots of very good writing (mostly intrigue) in that season.

It featured The Changeling and Abyss, two of my top 20 eps overall. Both of those eps had, not just really good Daniel interaction, but really superb writing, especially The Changeling, which managed to forward one of the most significant Teal'c developments in a really interesting and unique way, while developing his character a lot, and showing us some rare Daniel/Teal'c interaction. All at the same time.

It also featured Allegiance, one of the two Jaffa episodes that I can actually remember because I didn't sleep through it. And Full Circle, which gave us some more mystery into the Ascension storyline, great Daniel and Jack development, and a conclusion to the entire Abydos storyline. And Unnatural Selection, which, IIRC, actually managed to center around Sam without mangling her character, which is far more than any season 7 episode had done. And it had a good story with a good ethical dillemma to boot. And Shadow Play (I know I'm going to get flack for this, but I really liked that ep), which humanized Jonas for me (until then he was a Gary Stu, and a rather annoying one at that). And it had a really well-done twist at the end, which had clues scattered throughout but which you didn't recognize until the end, a la The Sixth Sense. And Descent, which was just plain exciting.

All in all, quite a good season, I thought.

It's based on the same queries as the season rankings that I've been giving; that is, it counts ALL rounds, not just the round in which it got eliminated.

Q: Demons was eliminated in round 20, but it's listed above Spirits, Disclosure, Beast of Burden, and a bunch of other eps that got eliminated earlier. How is that possible?

A: Simply put, all those other eps happened to get the most votes in earlier rounds, but Demons got a higher percentage of the votes overall until it was eliminated. The percentage given is the average percentage of people who voted for that episode in every round up until the round it got eliminated.

It's just a different way of looking at the episode rankings. I'll be giving this each time we reach a "22 episode" milestone.
