I think this is a great idea but unfortunately I'm unlikely to contribute as most of the fics I like tend to be heavy on the adult content and I think we're not supposed to post links to stuff like that seeing as this is a 13+ forum 'n'all.

It also might help if you can give more info about your reccommendations. I haven't seen past S8 of SG1 and almost none of Atlantis, so I have no idea who Radek is - meaning I don't automatically know which series this fic is about. If people are going to suggest fics it might be helpful to give a quick overview as well. Such as which series it's from, what pairings if there are any, which character it's mainly about and what age rating the fic is, and anything else that many be relevant.

I'd like to recommend "Standing" and "Still Standing" by Offworlder. It's Jack/Sam, an AU version of what happened after Earth met the Aschen. They are absolute heroes of the stories! It's nice to see them portrayed that way, and great action/adventure fics, too.
