speculation time:
ok they are avoiding Dakara but the seem quite close to it at the same time o my guess is they are waiting for a good chance to take it. and whn they do capture Dakara they are banking on the alliance to send as many ships as possible to keep Dakara then with the alliance sending so many ships out the Derkal attack the Jaffa's main homeworld, or the Nox's or ours. and with any of them out of the way the rest should be a push over. am i right?

by the ay the obove writing is just a theory. (as i am a military guy it is what i would do if i had the Derkal's vast armada.)
