I don't know the sales numbers, but I'd bet Diamond/Pearl is at least as popular as Red/Blue were back in their days, if not more so.

Pokémon isn't just for kids. That's the thing about animé. It is for anyone.

On the contrary. I bought Silver when I went to High School and when I was going to play I was suddenly surrounded by girls. Some girls look down on weird guys, I suppose, but I'd rather not have anything to do with them in the first place.
