hey im new to this area of the forum do any of you know if there is going to be a convention in the philadelphia new jersey area anytime soon?

There's a convention calendar on the GW site. Look at the top bar of this forum and you'll find the link 'Franchise'. Under 'Conventions' you'll find the calendar.
