Can someone clear up some questions for me about RDA and Gatecon?

I was wondering, I got one of the premier tickets, the ones that sold out in like the 1st 2 minutes. I was wondering does that include autographs for RDA and all the other people who are gonna be there or are those extra? Same question for pictures, are they extra or are any included with the ticket? And one last thing can I pay extra to get a second autograph from RDA for a friend who will not be attending? Thanx!!!!!!!!!!!!
