[Selling] Gold-Ticket for 2008 Vancouver Con

I hope this is the right way to try to sell a ticket?

Sorry I'm still all new, and actually a member of Stargate-project.
Well, to say why I've opened this thread:

About 8 months ago, I've bought one of those GOLD-tickets for this convention.
Well, unfortunately, as it turns out now, I won't have enough money (flight, accomodation) to attend the convention due to my travels in NZ and AUS...

So I was hoping that one of you would be interested in buying this
Gold-ticket for row C (so pretty good view) for 560 US$ (as it was sold).

I am not able to check this forum regularly, as I'm still travelling (and internet is really expensive here)!

I suggest you try selling on E-bay or e-mail Creation. Sometimes they will take a return on tickets. Especially since you have a great seat location.

thanks for the hints.
However, the ticket department has replied that all sales are final, so I cant return it to them. And besides, I have to tell them the new owner one month prior to the convention, which will be in a few days!
And I'm on a 10-day-tour, which means I have to find a new owner tonight... argh.
So ebay will take too long I don't know what to do *sniff*

Why do you have to let creation know one month b 4 the convention? I was sure that I met people last year that told me they purchased a ticket on ebay around 2 weeks before the convention. Those people said that the ticket was sent to the original owners and then sent my overnight mail to the winner of the ebay auction.

That may be a requirement if someone doesn't want to use ebay to sell their ticket. And there's a cut-off time because Creation basically shuts down so that it can head up to Vancouver to get set up.
