Hmmm. I'm staring at the link, and I'm not seeing the typo, and I checked the filename again.

But this now doesn't work when I test it. It worked earlier. I don't understand why the Vala video could be downloaded directly but this one can't. Maybe there's someone else trying to download it at the same time, and there's a bandwidth issue?
