GABIT attendees thread

The question and answer sessions are unmoderated at AT events. That is the microphone goes to people who indicate that they want to ask a question. Whether you get to ask your question or not depends on whether you are lucky and whether you put your hand up at a time no one else does and are spotted by the mike runners. So in theory, yes you all get the *chance* to ask a question over the four question and answer sessions.

A week from today, I'll be flying over the Atlantic, excited about the con and a week and a half off of school. Suse and I arrive early Thursday morning.

Me too! Well, not the school part but I'll be there Thursday early afternoon--WOW! I can't believe it is almost time! And I still have so much to do. So guess I better get started...

I have chocolate as well. See's doesn't have any large bars, but I bought 8 of the smaller ones (normal cady bar size). I hope that's enough.

Good idea! I'll get some, too, then there should be plenty. Especially because there'll probably be so much European chocolate which I love. And the darker the better

I leave Saturday. Doing some pre-con sightseeing and then head for the Ren on Thursday. Heading for home on the Monday after the con.

Ooh, so wishing I had nine days left too! Sooooo not ready. I have everything pretty much picked out as far as packing goes, unfortunately, I need to whittle it down....*sigh* I love traveling, I just HATE packing the darn suitcase!

Excitement is kind of tempered this time around. Seems like there's been a lot of issues putting this trip together, including not being sure if we'd have to cancel.

I figure it'll hit when I actually start packing.
