Um...Help to ID scene

Ok, there are a few scenes for eps that I'm trying to match with the ep!

Sam is crying stairing at a screen. (I'm guessing it's from Heros, but I'm not sure)

Sam is crying and Jack walks in to hug her. Her hair is pretty short in this scene.

Sam shows up at Jacks door, dressed with a jean jacket and dress.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

I think the first two are from Heros part 2 and the last is from The Lost City (I think).

The last one is definitely from Lost City, Part 1.

No, you got it right. The first two are from Heroes Part 2 and the third one is from Lost City Part 1

I buckled down last night and bought season 7 (still need 5 and 6 though )

I watched, and yes, you guys are totally right - Heros part 2 - Wow, I forgot how sad that ep is!
