"The new Children of the Gods" . . . Their ship design looked like Earth tech (the under-shot reeked of ST-V era ships and generally looked like an E-BC), and the black simple logo reminiscent of a Jaffa tatoo, perhaps a slight reworking of a certain system lords? A certain system lord who had plans to infiltrate and slowly corrupt humanity. One whom is known to be involved in AU/Time-travel plots...

No, wait, the "Ex Deus Machinas"
The initial shock and disappointment in the Atlantis cancellation has faded, but its still looking like more and more of a bad idea.

As much as they remind me of Brutes (C&C RA2: YR, as was mentioned a few times), Sontarans from Doctor Who, (look at them, they're way too similar, while appearance slightly differs /no full thick metal suits and more generic proportions for the new guys/, their obvious tendency to warfare completes the picture) or, well, no kidding, Infested Terrans (yes, the ones from StarCraft, except that these AU warriors had other attacks besides self-destruction), they remind me even more of a certain monster...

Henceforth, I wouldn't mind calling them the Frankens

P.s. Ouch, haven't read the whole thread, didn't intend to be a copycat, but they do look like the famous Frankenstein. Well, we might call them Neknarf then... For wraith's sake...

                The WHO? (with ? mark)

                Gumbies

                The Recylers

                The Mudmen

                The Repo Men

The AARGH! (for pirates, of course )

Just sayin', just playin'! But they did give me a deja vu of the old Flash Gordon characters, The Clay People.

Hmmm could be. The Wraith having a version of these is scary but cool.

It would be stupid to me for the Wraith to have Kul warriors of their own variety. The Wraith are the soldiers unlike the Goa'uld who had soldiers.
