It's irregular for them notice about the worlds that they seeded with humans which had a stargate blow up with the size of 12 nuclear warheads...

Who says the ancients didn't know about the device or its effects? The team doesn't walk around with the ancient database in their heads, there have been plenty of instances where they have had to have stuff explained to them that the ancients would obviously know about (Wraith breeding facilities, wraith getting zpms from their ships, how the wraith came to be, etc.)

Janus was doing everything in secrecy.

When these gates that were activated in these 3 days and exploded and the Ancients found out, they had no idea Janus would have anything to do with it. They probably thought the Wraith did it. Plus he said he stopped when he saw the side effects, so I am guessing the gates started exploding and he immediately shut it off so not to cause any suspicion, in the process maybe a few gates were destroyed.

Todd was alive back then and he would know because IIRC back then the Wraith were not at war with each other so I am sure when their ships started blowing up while entering hyperspace, word got around. Also the Wraith would never tell the Ancient this, so another reason the Ancient didn't know.

What are the chances Morros did know? I mean think about it this way. The idea was pure genius if it had worked with no adverse effects. It also takes a superior type of genius like Janus to conceive such an idea. If they did find out it was him could they really afford to have him locked away or work on anything other than anti-Wraith tactics.

They created Arcturus and Asurans, they were heading down the path of desperation and make mistakes along they way. They didn't stop, just swept it under the rug and tried something else.

Who says, that is Janus own project? maybe it was public project, but side-effect came and it was cancelled and Janus think that he can rip off those side-effects.

which would refer that the wraith knew about it but didn't know it's location

I agree, and from how he explains the war to rodney in "spoils of war" also hints that he was alive for wraith/ancient war. if so, then he could know of the attero device and be aware of its effects.
