Even though it might not seem like it at times, there have been more good episodes than bad this season. My favorites would be roughly descending order:
First Contact
Infection
Remnants
Ghost in the Machine
Daedelus Variations
Prodigal and The Shrine are also up there but have a few issues that would stop them from being my biggest favorites in this Season so far."First Weir, then Samantha Carter, and now, you! It's a pity you humans die or get reassigned so easily, or I might have a sense of satisfaction now!"

Well, I haven't seen the last two episodes yet. It's quite possible that one of them will make it on my list too.
There are some eps I really like. As a Sheppard and McKay fan, of course, the best ep for me is
The Shrine
because of their interaction.
I don't know, how many times I already watched it.
