He's on Atlantis, in Sunday, in civvies playing golf with Ronon - what a sweet swing Joe has . However, after Rising, he did wear jeans in Hide and Seek when telling a story to the Athosian kids. At the end of Conversion Joe is in his own clothes. Light pants and a blue, crumpled shirt... he even comments on his crumpled collar on the commentary for the episode! Um, not that I tend to notice what Joe is wearing as Shep in the episodes or anything...
