As far as great episodes go, this isn't one of them. It was good, but not great. The reason being is this just an old re-telling of a season six episode of SG-1 entitled "Abyss," and that episode was done a hell of a lot better.

I actually liked the SyFy portal review. The guy thought it was a very good ep and exceeded his expectations. Not bad since it was not a BSG ep.

his appearance in the 100th wasn't confirmed but he got asked in an interview and said Carson would be in the season finale
