Originally in Season 1, Kate looked really really hot. But I found that in later seasons, she didn't have any color in her face (she was purely white) and she kinda looked like sandpaper.

Carter, depending on how she has her hair though...some ways make her look hotter than others. Teyla's attractive, but as someone said, not quite hot. I don't really go for Keller, she's not got the right attitude to be hot to me, though she's attractive in the looks.
