Using our new toys? (Spoilers S4 and AOT)

Prior to season 4 Atlantis, we got all kinds of new crap (in SG-1) that could have helped kick ass in the Pegasus Wars, but they never seem to use them. Sure there are the minor Asgard weapons upgrades made to the Apollo and Daedalus, but there's a whole lot more too.

#1) The Asgard Computer Core. In First Strike, which was set after Unending, They still use the nukes to take out the Asuran ships. We know that the Asgard had completed a AR Satellite. We know from AoT that the computer core can synthesize something just by inputting what you want. Instead of Apollo, they could have just sent Odyssey, made a AR Satellite, taken out the whole planet, and had a ****load of new ZPMs and all kinds of other Ancient/Asuran stuff.

#2) The Ark. Couple possible uses here. First off, against the wraith. We know that they all share a psychic link, very similar to the link that the Priors in AoT are said to have. If we could have programmed the Ark to tell the wraith to stop feeding on humans, maybe just on Todd while we had him, we could stop their agression and maybe just get them to eat some other animal native to pegasus.

Against Michael. He controls his new hybrid species with the same kind of psychic link. Program the Ark to tell the to stop listening to him, and you take away his army.

#3) Time Machine. In the last man, Rodney spends all this time theorizing and programming on how to get Sheppard back from 40000 years in the future because he thinks that will save the timeline. We have an Ancient time machine sitting in Area 51. You do the math.

They won't do it. Simple, because they don't want to much interference from SG-1. And again, they don't want that Earth to became to strong, because the show will become to boring.
The enemy of my enemy it's still my enemy.

Whoever made the Quantum mirror doesn't seem to have a lot of respect for the Asgard. They were just making it so they could snub their noses at them from several dimensions. They might have been powerful but their lack of respect for our off-world allies is astonishing.

Basically we're just taking all the tech from SG-1 and putting it on SGA. Earth will get TOO powerful, and they just won;t do it.
Lol convince the wraith to eat human food with the ark
      :O

In first strike we weren't trying to get rid of them we were just trying to keep them from hurting us.

And do we still have the time machine in area 51? Did they ever tell if we had it after the events of mobeus.

I think they do have the time travel puddle jumper at area 51 from that planet Maybourne was King because at the end of Mobieus, we pick up right at the start of the episode for the team. Daniel hid the ZPM in a place that he knew would be excavated before the whole time travel escapade began - and so setting things back to the way they were in true time travel fashion.

The ark only tells the truth...hence the name
            This isn't Atlantis?
            I don't think so.
If this is not the Lost City…then where is it?

I'm pretty sure that it was only ever call "the ark" in the movie. Ark of Truth was only the title of the movie. Daniel seemed pretty certain it could be reprogrammed to convince people of anything.

Do you still NOT understand the entire purpose of the Ark? It doesn't force people to do things, it just simply reveals the truth to people. In the Wraith's case, they're not believing in anything false, they're just doing what they need to do to live.

Not to mention, that would be HIGHLY immoral, and SG-1 has already said that the Ark should never be used again, for whatever purposes.

And how would McKay go about using the time jumper? If you didn't realize, the government doesn't WANT him to go around and mess with the timeline.
These are the wrong people... in the wrong place.

Well let's see. Don't they have blueprints for a satellite from the ori that allowed a backwards civilization to destroy earth ships.

They've used the stargate for time travel so apparently they can send messages/people to warn themselves.

They have an altered zpm that can destory a sun or planet. Would have made a few battles easier.

They have cloaked ships that can go into any other ship. Why not put a few nukes in each one?

They have built very cooperative, intelligent human replicators. Surely they could build more to defeat whatever enemy they wanted.

They have a machine that gives humans. superhuman powers for a few days before ascending.

                    Surely i'm missing a few.

They apparently have a huge number of humans compared to the galaxies we've seen.
They could send massive colonization programs, greatly expand human economies.
