It was close between Carson and Mckay but I went with Mckay cos he has made me laugh a little more then Carson has.sigpic < Look what happens when you cancel stargate atlantis.

Rodney McKay is a excelent wrote and acted character. He deserve more than the votes has here.
I like especially how he puts always the "worst light" on every situation : "Let's see ... we have slow death, quick dead, cold lonley death??"
Rodney super ego is excelent made, supergenius vs. world stuff, "there is briliant and there is ME".
I like the results of Rodney + a gun combination always fun to watch, "A mouse?" ... "Really big though, scary ..."
I think that he is the only character who developed a excelent chemistry with all other charactres: especially Sheppard, Zelenka, but Teyla and Ronon also. Also with Carson and Ford. I look forward to Rodney vs Carter interaction which is also brilinat, "no offence blue eyes".
I see Rodney, like the only character who will seriously cripple the show if it were to leave. Never going to happen.
