    Question on Asuran Pistols (spoilers)

when we blasted the asurans with the cloak/ARG wave the asuran pistols, clothing along with the asurans them selves all turned into blocks, does that mean the asuran pistols are made of those cells and nanites? and wouldnt there be a lot of nanites floating in the air, as well as some ogranic goop from what ever organic assimilated parts were there?
Their white flags are no match to our guns!!

im guessing the pistols disintergrating was a mistake/plothole. im sure they will magicly have some of them in a future ep.

werent those guns stunners?? and why would the replicators fire stun gun into a ship?? also...whats that gun the ancients in orion used to stun shepp when he was plugged in the stasis pod network. it was a lame design but still.

I think they work as both kill and stun. The weapons in Aurora were ancient weapons. they're probably stun and kill too.

either another plothole, or they made it out of nanites...
btw, The Return I + II were full of plotholes, which is kinda sad but apparently the majority enjoyed it !

plothole. We have no evidence that the Asurans have made anything out of nanites

You have now; it's not a plothole.

IMHO they probably build small, everyday things (ie. clothes, guns) out of nanites so that they can move through walls without their guns being stuck on the otherside while the rest of them moved on.

clothes would have to be nanites, it would be too inconvenient for them not to be and too convenient for them to be <think of all that useless infrastructure, fabric mills, sewing equip, etc.>

the guns, lot more infrastructure in common with the asurans themselves, less waste for it to be not nanite, but still, it would be easier to have them out of nanites in a combat situation, you can repair the weapon from yourself, you can repair yourself from your weapon, you can turn your weapon into anything you could concievably need

personal kit, nanites, ship, static materials

That is exactly what i was thinking, but that also says the city ship was also made of nanites.

probably. the cityships are normal construction.
