I thought if they opened the gate again from Earth to Atlantis...the ZPM would be drained. So does this leave the ZPM low? BTW...this all happened in last episode.

Opening the gate from Earth to Atlantis can't be done without a charged ZPM and earth doesn't have one

They didn't open the gate from earth to atlantis, they opend it from atlantis to earth with theyr zpm. Earth has no working zpm.
