It's been a while since i've seen Avalon so i could be wrong, but i'm not sure if the Ori know about Pegasus, i don't think they read Daniels mind. Daniel, when Vala got burned started to yell that he came from planet Earth in another galaxy. Now the Ori may already have known the location of the Milky Way, but not that there were humans there. I think that the Ancients hid the presence of humans in the Milky Way, rather than the Milky Way itself. The Ori must have known that the Ancients and other humans once lived in the Milky Way, but they problably believed that all humans were wiped out by the plague.
Other than that, i don't want to see the Ori in the Pegasus galaxy. Having a character crossover once in a while is one thing, but really don't want the enemies to crossover. I'd like the shows to be as independend from each other as possible.
