Cloak a Puddle Jumper and have it deposit the Retro-virus. After a few day, all of the Wraith will have effectively become humans with no memory of who they were. Kill them all.

Now we have a Hive Ship.

I've said it it before and I'll say it again.

The Atlantis Team is against killing humans even if they are Wraith. They didn't kill Michael and now look at the mess they are in now... and they were going to prevent the Wraith queen from killing the wraith-changed-to-human until Wier stopped them saying it was part of the deal.

They can't do that, they explained that it wouldn't affect enough Wraith by doing that. Near the end, they found a vent/chamber or something that was the only place that it could be dispered fully in. So being that you'd need to go through the Hive ship corridors. Then you could only use the PJ to get aboard the ship. Dispersing it would need to be done by yourself. Getting to the spot & dodging all those Wraith on their patrols would be very difficult. As seen in 'Allies' it goes in a matter of min/hours before they transform. So no need to wait days for the transformation to take place. Besides they would never justify, killing 3000+ humans that have been changed back. I would take them to the planet that was seen in 'The Defiant One', then let them know what they'll be turning into right from the start. I'm sure that by being honest immediately, they'd get quite a few who would wish to take the retro-virus to maintain their human form. Those who refuse, can simply be left, where they will return to Wraith form again in a matter of hours, so no harm done in the end.

the hoffans created that anti-wraith drug. They were transported aboard a hive ship before the wraith knew what was wrong. After feeding the crew dies and the hoffans take the hiveship. They blame us for what happen and try to detroy us

The problem with the Hoffan/Beckett drug, is that while it would be an excellent away mission defense. If you come across a Wraith, then if it gets the better of you, it'll die eventually. The bad thing is that it can't be used as a wide spread defense. If Wraith die, then it will be a minority, since they are put in a coccoon & stored first. So when the few die, the rest will simply destory all human life on the planet, simply to make sure it'll never happen again.

It easy to capture a hive ship using the virus. Unfortantly it would require a bit brains and bring a little of technology from SG1. But here its goes.

Phase One: Locate a hive vessel.
Phase Two: Estimate when they will be kulling a planet and get a couple of puddle jumpers their lying in waiting. With canisters of virus ready to use.
Phase Three: They fly the puddle jumpers into hive the bays.
Phase four: they use the personal cloaking device which they obtain from the sodan and equip a team with them.
Phase five: they dock with the hive vessel, unload the troops with cloaking devices.
Phase six: They secretly makes their way to the air vent, and by the way this is not a rescue mission so they would not be stopping to make any little rescue attemps.
Phase seven: they get to the air vent, they plant the canister and leave.
Phase eight: they get back to their vessel and wait until the virus has done it job.
Phase nine: They use the cloak troops make their way to the controle centre, stun any one their and proceed to lock down the vessel.
Phase ten: We pilot the vessel to a pre arrange meeting point with the douglas.
Phase eleven: we beam the wraith down on a nice little planet and leave them they are not our problem, boy and girls we are in a war of survival of the fittiest. no time to see in they want the rectro virus, just incase other wraith are onto our little plan.
Phase Twelve: Rodney and hermoid modified the hive ship and fly it back to a joint reasearch facility in the milkyway galexy. Where both the asguard and humans scientist can study.

Nice simple plan should cause no problems what so ever. Of cause sheperd and others woulf fine some way to muck up the plan.
