Tonight, I was at a bar with my room mate and the bartender had glasses, a five o'clock shadow ting and what looked like Zelenka hair. I thought it was cool and it also got me thinking.

Do you think any of the doctors, while in school, worked as bartenders to make a few extra bucks?

*I've heard of med students and other students doing that and some other things to make extra money.*

I have worked with Mr. Nykl, and no, his character is not involved in fights as a rule. You will see him in a little action in Season 2. He listens very well and is very cooperative.

Most of the science grad students I've known didn't work on anything but their dissertations, but that's me.

Then again, one of my MD friends did/does translation on the side for pocket money, so...

You know, if Zelenka were to have had a part time job, don't you think it'd be something technical, like fixing computers or cars or something? Any of you folks from Czechoslovakia have insight on this topic? Then again, we don't know where he went to grad school...

...I was wondering about where ZELENKA went to college, not Mr. Nykl.

So do you figure he was in college after 1993? Or perhaps he went to a college in another part of the world?

Yeah, many collage students has part-time jobs. Mostly like bartenders, waiters and other summer jobs.

Rodney couldn't remember Zelenka's name. But then he discovered that the engineer's first name is Radek. "Radek" sounds so much like "Rodney", it was impossible for Rodney to forget it.
